Every year three special mission offerings are taken. These offerings are above the regular tithes and offerings. While only a percentage of the regular tithes and offerings go to support missions, all of the monies collected for these special offerings go to their designated purpose.
Annie Armstrong Offering
This offering is collected nation-wide in March of every year. The funds from this offering are used to support missionaries and mission projects across the United States and its territories.
NW Impact Mission Offering
This offering is collected every September for ministry / mission opportunities in the Northwest.
Lottie Moon Christmas Offering
This offering is collected world-wide in December of every year. The funds from this offering are used to support missionaries and mission projects throughout the world.

First Baptist Church also reaches out to our community to spread the Good News of Jesus through a number of endeavors:
Parking Lot Sale - All proceeds from this Spring fundraiser helps to support our local missions.
Fireworks Sale - All proceeds from this fundraiser helps support our local missions.
Sock Ministry - New, warm socks are collected and given to Plateau Outreach Ministries to distribute to those in need of warm footwear.
Disaster Relief - Church preparedness for serving the area in disasters: Chainsaw / feeding / mud-out / shower
Send Relief - Church preparedness for serving the area in a wind disaster: Chainsaw / wood ministry
